印度广播传媒公司Zee Entertainment 2月20日在交易所文件中表示，并未参与任何涉及重启与索尼集团100亿美元交易的谈判。
今年1月，索尼放弃印度子公司与Zee的合并计划。日前有媒体报道称，Zee正为重启与索尼的谈判做最后尝试，双方代表一直在努力挽救这笔合并交易。
