中国航空新闻网讯：据“飞行国际”网站2月20日援引加拿大媒体报道称，加拿大两家超低成本航空公司Lynx和天才航空（Flair Airlines）即将宣布合并。
据悉，总部位于埃德蒙顿的天才航空一直在处理财务问题，其25%的股份由美国投资公司777 Partners持有，而其竞争对手Lynx的部分股份由Indigo Partners持有。两家航空公司均未对此事作出回应。
