（全球企业动态）软银集团(SoftBank Group)表示，随着将持有的阿里巴巴集团股票变现的现货结算结束，2023财年(截至2024年3月)的单独财报将计入1.2592万亿日元(约85亿美元)的投资有价证券出售收益。软银集团通过全资子公司Skybridge向金融机构出售阿里巴巴的股份，以筹集资金，并于1月份完成了现货结算。作为巩固财务的一环，软银集团通过作为金融衍生品之一的预付远期合约卖出阿里巴巴的股份。由于是集团内部交易，因此不会计入合并财报。
