观点网讯：1月26日，据北京市住房资金管理中心发布，已顺利完成住宅专项维修资金年度结息工作，资金收益稳步提升。
据披露，北京市住房资金管理中心以较好的资金收益足额计结利息，商品住宅专项维修资金年度结息20.74亿元，较上年增加5.6%；售后公有住房专项维修资金年度结息0.93亿元，较上年增加15.7%；本息共计796.87亿元。
