糯米酒是农家过年过节、走亲访友、朋友聚会时饮用的传统高度白酒，由于酿酒方法传统，没有任何添加剂，酒味香醇，深得人们喜爱。进入腊月，位于报福镇深溪坞村的非物质文化遗产“半山忆”酿酒工艺传承人王文鑫，也开始抓紧酿造传统白酒。
