当地时间1月22日，总部位于法国巴黎的二手时尚电商Vestiaire Collective面向欧洲和英国的18岁以上人士发起一项众筹活动，希望从个人投资者那里筹集至少100万欧元资金。
此次众筹的定价为每股1.78欧元，Vestiaire Collective的估值约为11亿欧元。该公司发言人表示，Vestiaire Collective目标今年年底左右实现盈利，“IPO将是我们实现盈利后自然而然的下一步”。
法国私募股权公司欧瑞泽是Vestiaire Collective的最大股东，持股近25%。法国奢侈品巨头开云集团则持有Vestiaire Collective的5%股份。
