当地时间1月20日，厄瓜多尔武装部队联合司令部宣布，在最新开展的海上军事行动中，武装部队及国家警察在该国北部省份埃斯梅拉达斯海域32海里、距哥伦比亚海上边界仅4海里处，发现并缴获一艘运输毒品的半潜船及大量毒品，同时逮捕了3名犯罪嫌疑人。
据悉，缴获的毒品价值超过5000万美金。
