克罗地亚甲级联赛哈伊杜克队官方宣布，佩里西奇从热刺租借而来。
34岁的佩里西奇此前一直因为受伤缺阵，热刺将他租借给了他的母队哈伊杜克至赛季末，而赛季结束后，佩里西奇将直接自由身转会哈伊杜克，双方达成了一致。
佩里西奇出自哈伊杜克青训，此次时隔17年再次回归，也属落叶归根。
