1月19日讯，大连市召开新闻发布会详细解读《关于促进大连区域性金融中心高质量发展的若干政策措施》。《措施》围绕金融集聚区和功能区特色金融机构落户、业务开展、促进投资、多层次资本市场建设等方面提出29条政策措施，进一步优化金融生态，提升大连区域性金融中心竞争力。（大连市人民政府）
