北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 张函）1月18日，涪陵榨菜在投资者互动平台上表示，公司购买理财产品均为国内头部、国有控股机构的保本型低风险产品，公司定期对在购理财产品发行机构和相关产品进行风险跟踪，理财产品资金安全、赎回及时，未出现延期兑付的情形，目前也未发现存在延期兑付的风险。
