中国驻越南社会主义共和国大使馆经济商务处消息，据越南《年轻人报》1月14日报道，越南船舶工业总公司（SBIC）宣布破产。此前该公司曾多次尝试重组均以失败告终，越南政府目前正在为该企业制定破产程序，该程序预计将在今年第1季度完成。
