近年来，河北乐亭县扶持发展以绢花系列产品为主的工艺品制作产业，采取“政府+企业+农户”的方式，为农村妇女提供就业岗位。目前，乐亭县生产的绢花产品出口到欧洲、中东及东南亚等地，带动当地近千名农村妇女实现就业增收。
