财联社1月17日电，欧洲外交与安全政策高级代表博雷利当地时间16日在欧洲议会全体会议上就加沙局势发表讲话。博雷利说，巴以冲突对以色列和黎巴嫩边境、红海、伊拉克、叙利亚等产生了地区性影响，必须继续努力防止巴以局势进一步升级，欧盟将继续积极参与斡旋。
