1月15日，新疆维吾尔自治区将淖（将军庙至淖毛湖）铁路正式运营通车，新疆开辟“疆煤外运”新通道。该铁路位于新疆东北部的昌吉回族自治州和哈密市，正线长约430公里，总投资约103.6亿元。
