河北秦皇岛市昌黎县公安通报，1月15日11时20分许，昌黎县昌黎镇发生一起故意伤害案件。犯罪嫌疑人张某君（女）因夫妻矛盾，驾车将阻挡其离去的丈夫赵某海推行撞倒后离开。接报警后，警方迅速到场处置。目前，犯罪嫌疑人张某君已被抓获，赵某海及时送医救治，经诊断，肋骨骨折，无生命危险。案件正在进一步侦办中。
