据吉林文艺网消息，2024年1月2日，吉林省文联召开全体干部会议，党组书记、主席赵明出席会议并讲话。
公开资料显示，赵明，男，汉族，1968年6月生，在职研究生，中共党员。
赵明曾任长春市委常委、秘书长，市委常委、宣传部部长等职，于2021年12月当选长春市委副书记，并继续兼任市委宣传部部长。
