在最近Reddit论坛上的官方AMA中，《守望先锋2》首席英雄设计师Alec Dawson回答了一些粉丝提出的问题，其中他提到英雄“死神”已在他们的重做名单上，开发者们正在设想为该英雄做出一些改变，旨在让他在战斗中能做出更多决策，不过目前还没有定论，推出时间也未确定。
“死神”可能的重做方向：
· 暗影步（E）和幽灵形态（Shift）等技能变得更现代化
· 为鼠标右键添加新能力
