力量钻石12月8日公告，公司拟出资3000万元设立全资子公司河南力量绿色能源有限公司，目前公司已建设13.07MW的光伏发电项目，预计2024年可为公司释放清洁能源1300多万度，通过子公司的设立，未来公司将持续加大光伏、风能基础设施建设的投入，利用纯绿色能源进行生产，最终实现全公司零碳排放的目标。
