成大生物12月4日公告，近日，公司自主研发的水痘减毒活疫苗，已完成I期临床试验准备工作，正式进入I期临床试验。本疫苗系用水痘病毒接种人二倍体细胞，经培养、收获、澄清后，加入稳定剂冻干制成，该疫苗可以使机体产生记忆性免疫应答，刺激机体产生抗水痘病毒的免疫力，用于预防水痘。
