据央视新闻，乌克兰国家通讯社当地时间11月29日报道称，乌克兰国家紧急情况部当天早间发布通报称，截至目前，受暴风雪等恶劣天气影响，在乌克兰境内仍有9个地区的368个定居点断电。自11月26日以来，已有4000多人被救助，其中包括226名儿童。
