据The Verge消息，Epic的CEO，Sweeney在针对Google的诉讼听证会上表示：我们无法以低于PlayStation上的价格在其他平台出售游戏内容，因为我们与索尼签订了合同。
Sweeney表示，因为这一合同的存在，他们无法将自家平台上降低的成本惠及玩家，玩家购买游戏内容的价格无论怎样都不可低于PS平台，而此前Google的律师暗示这一说法是可疑的，因为索尼是Epic Games的股东。
