11月6日，南京鼓楼医院发布情况通报：2023年11月6日下午3时17分许，该院门诊四楼行人扶梯人口上方石膏板吊顶发生局部脱落，造成一名来院办事人员头部皮肤轻微擦伤。目前，事件原因调查及相关隐患排查正在进行中，医院医疗就诊秩序正常，感谢大家对南京鼓楼医院的关心。
