据中国建设银行官网，10月31日，中国建设银行信用卡中心公告，自2023年12月16日起，该行将免收信用卡溢缴款划转至本人本行异地账户的手续费。如客户办理信用卡额度内透支转出，或将溢缴款转至本人他行账户，仍按《中国建设银行个人客户服务价目表》“现金转出”项目收费标准收取手续费。
