南网储能10月27日公告，公司监事会收到现任监事会主席胡伏秋递交的书面辞职报告，胡伏秋由于达到法定退休年龄，申请辞去公司监事会主席及监事职务。胡伏秋的辞职将在公司股东大会选举产生新任监事后生效。辞职生效后，胡伏秋将不再担任公司任何职务。
