近日，王传福卸任比亚迪旗下子公司深圳市比亚迪锂电池有限公司法定代表人、董事长。10月25日，比亚迪方面就此回应澎湃新闻记者称，近期，集团陆续将旗下子公司的法人和董事长变更为实际业务负责人，以简化行政流程，便于公司各项业务开展。除法人和董事长变更外，公司的经营、股权结构等均未发生变化，公司各项业务开展不受影响。（澎湃新闻记者 吴遇利）
