河北唐山，男子小邸相亲当天与女方互生好感，发生性关系后，因不愿支付“补偿费”被对方控告强奸。
一审被判处有期徒刑3年后，小邸上诉，法院二审裁定驳回上诉，维持原判。2021年2月28日，整整服刑3年后，小邸刑满释放。
2023年10月10日，唐山中院最终以“事实不清、证据不足”撤销原判，改判小邸无罪。
