据波音消息，10月3日，美国联合航空宣布落实50架787-9梦想飞机购买意向，并再增加50架购买意向。这是美联航去年订购100架787之后的又一笔增购订单，将使其成为世界上最大的787用户。波音787订单总数已经超过1800架。
