晒一下退休金，15岁入伍，31岁转业到金融保险行业，退休前中层干部45年工龄。退休前每月工资1万出头，扣除公积金1068元、养老金899元、医疗保险225元、所得税454元，实际收入7000多元。
刚退休时养老金8200元，经过8年调整今年终于上万。在职时有段时间允许个人选择养老统筹交费比例，最低是全省平均工资的60%，最高是300%，年轻的都选择60%，年龄大的一般都选择300%，我始终是按300%交费。
