9月25日下午，南通市审计局对18名职务、职级拟晋升人员开展了“凡提必考”纪法教育理论测试，全面考核拟提拔、晋级干部对廉政法规知识的掌握情况。
近年来，该局严格贯彻落实“凡提必考”要求，安排专人进行监考和阅卷，并将理论测试结果作为干部提拔、晋级的重要依据。
