日前，有网友在人民网咨询：汕头海湾隧道已经通车快1年了，可是隧道中山东路A、B匝道迟迟未施工，之前说匝道建设方案涉及用地问题，仍处于论证阶段，请问A、B匝道什么时候才能施工？才能方便市民通行，减少交通拥堵。
