截至2023年9月25日，甘肃全省共有36家网约车平台公司取得网约车平台经营许可，共计1.2万名驾驶员培训并考试合格获得了《网络预约出租汽车驾驶员证》，“三证齐全”的网约车达3877辆。8月份，全国各主要中心城市中，省会兰州市订单合规率排名第十，共计收到订单信息98.4万单，合规订单数89万单，当月订单合规率为90.4%。
