重辣区:湖南、四川等6个省份。
微辣区:陕西、甘肃等9个省份。
无辣区:广东、福建等7个省份。
多味区:云南、海南等12个省份。
值得一提的是六个重辣区，也有区别:江西是“纯辣”，湖北是“干辣”，湖南和四川是“香辣”，重庆是“麻辣”，贵州是“酸辣”。所以要说谁最不怕辣，可能江西和湖北最有一拼！你觉得呢？
