9月22日，四川成都，有网友发视频称，游客在大熊猫园区游玩时，手机不慎掉入园内，随后被熊猫梅兰捡起。视频显示，梅兰拿起手机后放入嘴中欲啃咬，周围游客惊呼阻止。对此，工作人员回应，饲养员已将梅兰带回进行身体检查，检查结果还未知。
