中国经济网北京9月21日综合报道 北京市应急管理局和北京市总工会发布《关于开展2023年北京市职工职业技能大赛安全应急领域竞赛活动的通知》，据通知显示，大赛组委会主任为市应急局党委书记李志杰。
李志杰，男，蒙古族，1970年12月生，在职研究生，经济学博士，中共党员，此前担任北京市人民政府副秘书长、一级巡视员，2023年8月被公示拟任市政府组成部门正职。
