9月20日，陕西省双拥模范城（县）命名暨双拥模范单位和个人表彰大会在西安召开。
临潼区再次被省委、省政府、省军区授予“双拥模范区”，这已是临潼区连续七次获此殊荣。同时，3家驻区单位获授“陕西省双拥模范单位”，3名个人获评“陕西省双拥模范个人”。
