正规的八小时工作制包括午休么？
正常的八小时工作制，是包含一个小时午休的。但是由于我国员工习惯12:00-14:00两个小时午休，因此一般企业正常的工作时间改为8:30-17:30，并没有问题。加班什么的就看企业良心了[狗头]
