合肥有可能真的要取消房屋公摊了！
从合肥住建部门了解到，
合肥正在积极探索取消公摊面积，
这是全国第一次提出要取消房屋公摊！
在合肥的商品房中，
不少公摊达到了20%，甚至达到了30%；
一百平的房子，套内面积也就在70-80多平！
公摊迟早要取消，
希望合肥能进一步明确下来！
