Hi, I am Sam. Everyone needs sleep. Good sleep is good for your health. But a lot of people can't sleep well. What should you do to get good sleep? First, change your sleeping environment. You should make your room dark. Turn off the light in your room and pull down the curtain. Second, make yourself relax before bed. You can do that by having a hot bath or drinking a cup of warm milk. Third, clear your mind when you are lying on your bed. If you can't stop thinking, you can try to focus on some meaningless things, like counting the sheep. The last one, during the day, get some exercise. You will fall asleep more easily if you do sports or work hard during the day. You can try running slowly or have a long walk after school.

I think my dog Lucky is really amazing! He understands me. I can talk with him.
Lucky doesn't usually sit quietly. He always wants to go for a walk. However, yesterday when I was feeling sick, he stayed beside me for hours. He looked at me and he looked worried.
Lucky always wants everybody to be happy. Last week, I was angry with my young brother. I was shouting at him when we saw our dog. Lucky looked very sad. My brother and I laughed. Then Lucky was happy again.
