中光学8月14日公告，公司于近日收到董事彭仁刚和监事周长路的书面辞职报告。因任职年龄已达上限，彭仁刚申请辞去公司董事、特种装备委员会委员及战略与投资委员会委员职务，辞职后彭仁刚将不再担任公司其他职务；因任职年龄已达上限，周长路申请辞去第六届监事会非职工代表监事职务，辞职后周长路将不再担任公司其他职务。截至本公告披露日，彭仁刚和周长路未持有公司股份。
