7月11日，据西门子中国官微消息，7月1日，茵梦达（Innomotics）作为独立运营的实体在德国成立。这家电机和大型传动公司整合了低压至高压电机、齿轮电机、中压变频器和电主轴领域等业务，并提供相关的服务和项目支持。公司的运营总部位于德国纽伦堡，在全球拥有约15,000名员工，目前在德国相关业务的分拆已经完成，全球业务分拆也将于2023年10月1日前基本完成。
