财联社7月10日电，华东重机公告，公司拟在安徽省亳州市投资建设“年产10GW N型高效太阳能电池片生产基地项目”并设立项目公司。项目计划总投资约60亿元，总投资包括土地厂房、基建装修、生产设备、配套设施、铺底流动资金等。公司下属控股子公司无锡华东光能科技有限公司在亳州市新设全资子公司华东光能科技（亳州）有限公司（作为项目公司，注册资本金6亿元。
