新京报贝壳财经讯（记者姜樊）6月21日，贝壳财经记者从多家银行了解到，目前北京市多家国有银行新发放贷款已经跟随LPR下降，执行的标准是首套房LPR+55（即4.75%），二套房LPR+105（即5.25%）。某国有银行工作人员告诉记者，目前该行额度充足。
