百润股份6月13日公告，巴克斯(佛山)于近日与佛山市三水区西南街道办事处签署了《巴克斯基酒预处理项目投资意向书》，项目投资额约3亿元；巴克斯（天津）于近日与天津武清经济技术开发区有限公司签署了《投资协议》，拟投资建设巴克斯(天津)扩建项目，投资总额不低于2亿元。
