印度用中国购买的盾构机在藏南挖通隧道，用于军队和战略物资的输送。
5月6日，越南在万安滩把三个钻井平台放在中国九段线以内，偷采油气资源，直接导致中越对峙，对峙事件愈演愈烈，越南邀请别国介入，美国，菲律宾，越南同时向中国发难。
问：向印度及越南投资和基建，我们是否过于乐衷，对产业转移，我们是否未有足够重视。
