格林美6月7日公告，公司拟使用自有资金或自筹资金通过二级市场以集中竞价交易的方式回购公司部分股份，并依法用于后续实施股权激励或员工持股计划。本次回购的资金总额不低于1亿元（含）且不超过1.5亿元（含）。本次回购股份的价格为不超过10.29元/股。
