据了解，西山科技主要从事手术动力装置的研发、生产、销售。根据公司披露的发行结果，网上投资者认购数量为435.73万股，认购金额为5.92亿元，网上投资者弃购数量为48.57万股，网上弃购率为10.028412%，弃购金额为6595.48万元，网下投资者全额认购。
