福布斯报道，荷兰有 24 架现役的 F-16AM/BM 加上另外 18 架库存；挪威机库中也有十几架；丹麦也保留了 24 架左右的库存。如果这三国真的援助乌克兰，那么乌克兰最多将能立即获得 50 架库存 F-16。
目前，乌克兰空军只希望获得一个中队约 12 ~ 18 架，最终希望能有四个中队 48 架。如此看来，欧洲的库存可立即满足乌克兰的需求。
