这两家出具银行出具与事实不符的询证函回函，都涉及康得新的货币资金。
四年前，康得新案爆发之际，笔者即撰文指出，银行是存在违规行为，可能要遭致处罚，并对上市公司的虚假陈述有过错责任，应当承担民事赔偿。
