泰禾智能5月17日公告，董事长、总经理许大红因工作调整原因，于近日向公司董事会递交了书面辞职报告，申请辞去公司总经理职务。根据有关要求，该辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。许大红辞去公司总经理职务后，仍继续担任公司董事长。经董事长提名、董事会提名委员会审核，同意聘任魏先彪担任公司总经理，同意聘任徐加桢为公司副总经理。
