普莱柯5月5日公告，根据《兽药管理条例》和《兽药注册办法》规定，农业农村部经审查，批准公司及全资子公司河南新正好生物工程有限公司、洛阳惠中兽药有限公司等单位联合申报的“蒲虎颗粒”为新兽药，并于5月5日公示了核发《新兽药注册证书》（中华人民共和国农业农村部公告第668号）事项。
